I must admit that it’s very difficult to talk about a restaurant like Dinehall. That’s because there’s so much to talk about. Dinehall is located in the heart of Tbilisi, on Rustaveli street, exactly in front of the opera house. The interior design is breathtakingly beautiful. The walls are covered with contemporary Georgian paintings and sculptures. Dinehall, unlike most of the restaurants in Tbilisi, has a non-smoking as well as a smoking area.
Dinehall has both Georgian and European dishes. I have never tried the Georgian food at Dinehall so I can’t really talk about that, but I have tried many of their European dishes, and I can say that I loved them all. My personal favorite is the Chicken Schnitzel, which I can easily say is the best Chicken Schnitzel I have ever tasted. Dinehall also has a great variety of tasty deserts and cakes. I recommend you try the Tiramisu, which is just sublime.
Dinehall’s philosophy is “Less is more”. This means that they have a limited number of dishes on their menu, but they prepare them with their own twist. This is not something extremely rare, indeed many of the great restaurants around the world are just like that, but in Tbilisi this is very unique.
The other thing that is worth mentioning is the service at Dinehall. The staff are very friendly and professional. They all speak English fluently, and they’re always ready to take your order.
