La Bohème is a multi-functional restaurant & lounge located in the Vake neighborhood, offering sophisticated and delicious Mediterranean food with class and style.
Established in October 2017, it is taking the Tbilisi dining experience to another level. Chef Enzo Neri, an award winning chef originating from Umbria, Italy, has created a beautiful dining experience with his team. The cocktails are world class. I would even go so far as to say they are the top cocktails in Tbilisi, thanks to mixologist Igor Boriskin.
In the Italian style, the design is inviting and elegant. The one detail that matters most to me is the pizza. Chef Enzo received the recipe from his friend in Rome who runs the world famous Trapizzino. The dough is incredible, and a nice welcome escape from Georgian ‘puri’ when you need it. The menu stays true to its Mediterranean roots, working seasonally and stays clear of saturated fats such as butter or creams.
Dress is casual but smart, so men should not come in shorts and sandals. Reservations are recommended.
