Have you ever heard about burgers made the Georgian way? Mamberi Burger bar has exclusive “Georgian-style” burgers with a  Tarragon and Saperavi wine sauce which you can try only in Georgia, only in Tbilisi, and only at Mamberi burger bar.

The name of the restaurant is also Georgian – Mamberi is the lord of wolves in Georgian mythology, which makes this place even more interesting. As I was told at the restaurant, the inspiration for the tarragon burger was the Georgian traditional dish Chakafuli, and really I had a feeling I was eating Chakapuli Burger… about Saperavi, it is also one of the popular wines in Georgia. I was really amazed to learn about this kind of burgers. When I tried them, this place became one my favorite burger spots in Tbilisi.

Apart from Targon and Saperavi wine burgers, they have a lot of other delicious burgers, but for me, these two are exceptional because of the special flavor. They’re definitely worth trying.
