Teahouse cafe is one of the places where I meet my friends frequently. The reason for this is that Teahouse café offers what no other cafés can offer, and that is a great variety of herbal teas. After my frequent visits to the teahouse in the past five years, I still haven’t tried even half of their menu of teas.
The café’s interior design is very traditional and intriguing, and personally I like the cellar decoration more because it reminds me of my hometown.
The food is decent, not amazing but also not bad. If you’re visiting the Teahouse in late spring or summer, I would absolutely recommend you try the Ice Tea. It’s very tasty.
The average price of a tea is 5 GEL, which is served in a teapot that gives you two or three cups of tea.
The other things that are worth mentioning is that the teahouse doesn’t have a non-smoking area (which is always a bummer for me) and the service is very erratic and slow.
