Bucke Cafe is located in the center of Tel Aviv, right next to Habima theater, and has another location in the Old North neighborhood.
The bigger one is in the center and reminds me a lot of the cafes in Brooklyn. it’s decor is very hipsterish, the menu is all vegetarian and many dishes are vegan-friendly. The traditional Israeli breakfast with egg, bread and spreads is served on a simple platter and the presentation is mouth-watering!
Many local celebrities enjoy this cafe and often post their photos on Instagram. Generally, many good-looking people flock to Bucke, which makes it great for people-watching. The vibe of the place is very casual and invites those who are not sitting with their laptop to speak with one another.
I usually go there for a couple of hours with my laptop and sit on the bar outside in the warm weather. they have one of the best chocolate chip cookies in Tel Aviv which they are known for, and their “Balagan” (mess in Hebrew) Tea is delicious!
They often treat costumers with free cookies and wine, which makes this place a best win for breakfast, lunch or early dinner with friends.
