One of the best things in Israel is the Israeli breakfast. Amazing pastries, salad, eggs and a few kinds of cheese (before I went vegan, of course), with freshly squeezed orange juice. That’s one of the things I miss most to when I travel abroad.
One of the best places is Cafe 65, which is a part of a boutique hotel on Rothschild boulevard. The place is super fancy, as you would expect from a hotel, and the brunch is served all week. They have a huge buffet with every kind of pastry you can dream of – a few kinds of breads, cakes, cookies, rolls and more. They also have cereals, spreads of all kind and juice. On top of all that, every person chooses one main dish – they have eggs Benedict, green shakshuka, gouda cheese croissant, French toast and more.
Brunch time is only until 11:00 during weekday and 12:00 on our weekends – Fridays and Saturdays. If you’re a late riser, after that they also have very good lunch: Fresh salads, burger, lasagna and more. I would still recommend not to miss the excellent brunch 🙂
