Cofix is a brand new coffee chain that opened in Tel Aviv a few months ago and caused a small earthquake in the Takeaway coffee market. They are spread out around Tel Aviv.
Cofix offers a variety of food and drinks and are very convenient if you are a budget traveler or need something quick and on the go.
They offer soft drinks, ice coffee, hot beverages, freshly squeezed juices, soup, sandwiches, quiches, pastries and much more for 6 Ils per item.
Ever since Cofix opened up a location practically in front of my home I find myself there at least twice a week, it’s a good way for me to start my day. I like their coffee, and am also a fan of the tuna slider.
But there is a catch, these places are new and bustling, you will have a couple minutes of wait during the busy hours, also their barista works too fast some of the time, so the cappuccino is not always as good as I like it, I admit I’m a finicky coffee drinker and I like my coffee perfect.
Things I would recommend: Sandwiches & slider sandwiches (called gabetinas over here), pastries, hot-chocolate and espresso, quiches and the freshly squeezed juices.
I don’t especially like the calzone or the hot dishes, but all in all Cofix is fast, cheap, available and pretty good.
