Haachim, which is a Hebrew word that means ‘brothers’ is a nice restaurant with good food, lovely staff, good vibes and good alcohol prices, basically there is nothing not to like here except for the queue outside when they’re busy.
I am not a fan of all of their dishes but many dishes are good. The Hamburger & the Lamb Saffayach (don’t even ask just order it) are superb and the charcoal corn is an unexpected surprise.
Haachim has very reasonably priced alcohol, and the variety is good but not very big. The atmosphere is young and happy, and the place is beautiful. A great place to go for lunch, dinner or to hang out.
Their best kept secret is their brunch from Friday to Saturday (Friday 09:00 – 12:30, Saturday 09:30 – 12:45). The Haachim Brunch is an all you can eat rich buffet: Salads, legumes dishes, breads, cheeses & sauces, fresh grilled vegetables, shakshuka, smoked fish, vegetable patties, fresh fruit, all the ice tea and lemonade you want and a variety of desserts + one hot drink.
It is not your regular boring brunch, it is new, very very good and all yours for 75 ils per person & a phone call to reserve a table in advance if you know what’s good for you.
