Susu and Sons – Line up for a burger

I chose this Susu and Sons’ location not necessarily because of the good food (although it is great) but the location. This used to be just a place for a quick snack or coffee in Tel Aviv before the “hipster” chef Omer Miller took ownership and made it his own. What I actually adore about this place is its Instagram account. It might sound unbelievable, but I actually follow a burger on social media.

There’s just something special about the way things are running there, a huge line – just for a burger. And some great potato puffs covered with cheddar cheese. Even though the line looks super long, it goes by pretty quick. And this branch is located at the very end of Rothschild Blvd. so you can go ahead and eat it next to the Independence Hall, enjoy some culture and history as you go. Yeah, this is the place where Ben Guryon declared the establishment of Israel. Pretty cool I think…
