Taqueria is colorful & cheerful and basically gives a happy vibe to all who enter. It’s an in-between place, between a restaurant and a fast food joint. The staff is friendly, the food is hearty & good and you will like the young atmosphere.
I personally don’t like spicy foods so it’s a bit strange for me to recommend a Mexican restaurant, but it’s all good. If you ask the waiters they will steer you clear from the spicier stuff. Just take the waiter’s advice and you will most likely be happy with the result. To the spicy loving people, the same applies if you like your food extra hot, just ask.
And now to the food. 🙂
I really like the nachos plate, what’s not to like! It’s basically all the things you shouldn’t eat in abundance, nachos, guacamole, cream & melted cheese and some tomatoes to quiet the conscience.
The taco’s are nice (try the shrimp one), the burrito is better. I especially like the beefsteak, no salsa sauce for me and it’s still very mildly spicy. But I don’t care, it’s very good and basically a full dinner in a wrap.
If you want something sweet and unusual try the deep fried oreos (yeah you heard me right) they were fun, if not the highlight of dinner. Or the Churros, careful they are heavenly & addictive, you have been warned!
All in all a good, happy, yummy place to go. Enjoy!
