If you are in for a truly immersive experience, a visit to Museon Omniversum is the perfect place for you. This place has two different parts: the Museon, a museum and the Omniversum, a cinema.
The Museon is an interactive museum about the world. Through experiences, you can learn about animals, history and the universe. There is a special exhibition about the sustainable development goals where you can discover what you can (or already) do about helping the planet. All the activities are great to do with (little) children, but it is also fun for adults, so it is a perfect family-friendly activity.
The Omniversium is a cinema with a dome-shaped screen. With your ticket, you can view one movie, but there are also screenings at night. During the day, there are movies about wildlife, the sea or dinosaurs. At night, there are mostly scientific documentaries for a more grown-up audience. Occasionally, there are live events, such as presentations and music events.
This is a great activity for everyone and something to do on a rainy day.
