About me
During business hours I am a regulatory affairs professional. Out of the office, I am into things such as cooking, writing and dancing. From when I was 23 I’ve been having weekly flamenco dance classes. More recently, I took up kyokushin karate to improve my strength and condition. Both flamenco and karate include impressive, elegant and explosive movements. As a child I lived on Texel, one of the Dutch Wadden islands. I moved to The Hague in 2009.
Why The Hague
My father’s family comes from here, so in a way The Hague and its people have always been part of my life. As a student I combined visiting my granddad just after lunch with shopping in the city center later in the afternoon. I absolutely ❤ The Hague for being a lively city and a cozy seaside resort at the same time. The almost tangible presence of centuries of political history within this city is also very special.
