Denneweg is known as one of The Hague’s fancier streets. 

It starts at the beautiful and luxurious Hotel Des Indes at the Lange Voorhout (a beautiful street in the centre, well worth a visit); from there you can stroll past lovely shops, boutiques, pubs, beauty salons and restaurants. The last is one of my reasons for going there. Dekxels for instance — a really nice place to go for dinner.

At night the street really comes to life, as a number of pubs and restaurants have terraces outside. Especially in spring and summer, it’s excellent for people watching.

The Denneweg has got several nice side streets with little hidden gems. Go explore! 😉
