I really like the Prins Henderikstraat for its quirky shops and cafes, and so when I went out for lunch for my birthday, I knew I wanted to check a new place out there. Little did I know I would find a place that would instantly become one of my favourites.

Pim has the look and feel of a ’50s/’60s lounge room, just with loads more light. It’s a perfect place to settle and read a book over a coffee with a piece of one of their yummy cakes or enjoy a delicious lunch, like I did. I can fully recommend the couscous salad with grilled veggies. Seriously delicious. Top it off with one of their smoothies and you’re done!
