Shop Ilisia has a very wonderful habit of changing the art on its outside wall, always making it a “stop and awe” spot for anyone passing by. They hire graffiti artists to transform it every six months, so no ever gets bored.
Up until now the wall has been decorated with a half dead Betty Boop, fascinating mystical creatures, Homer Simpson, space monkeys, dreamy girls, futuristic robots and so many more characters. Currently it hosts metalheads, metalhead girls and a metalhead cat. The artists have left their graffiti name close to their piece so you can check them out if something really stands out.
The magic wall as well as the imaginative window display is a fusion of pop and urban aesthetics and every time I pass by it just brightens my day. The shop itself is as colorful, with a big variety of clothing brands (Adidas, Superdry, Pepe Jeans etc.), definitely on the expensive side and honestly not something you can’t find anywhere else, but pop in if you’ve got time to spare.
