Ever since Don’t Argue! Pizzeria opened on Main Street, I haven’t eaten pizza anywhere else. The pizza they make is simple, with a few, carefully selected toppings – some of them really special like fior di latte cheese, braised pineapple, or kulen salami. I really love the pancetta nicoise pizza and the sausage with braised kale. The basil and rockets they use are really fresh.
The crust is what makes it so special. Really thin, almost like a Neapolitan style crust. It cooks up really crisp and doesn’t get soggy from the tomato sauce.
They really focus on the pizza and serve little else. There are a few salads to choose from and a dessert, plus a small selection of beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks.
The restaurant has a few cozy chairs and the design is natural and minimalist – clean lines, wood and stainless steel, low lighting. They are most popular for take-out (no delivery) and the wait time is usually about 20 minutes for pick-up. In the summer there are also a few tables outside.
