A trip to Vancouver is not complete until you have visited The Naam. Arguably one of the best 24 hour restaurants in Vancouver, this gem has been open for 50 years and is still going strong! It’s a local favourite for any time of day, but especially for a late night or early morning meal. The Naam is a strictly vegetarian restaurant but don’t let that and the bohemian vibe fool you, the food is good, really good. You don’t even miss the meat.
The portions at the Naam are large and affordably priced, and served in a relaxed, cozy atmosphere. From 19:00 – 22:00 every night there is live music (mostly blues, jazz and folk music), and from 01:00 – 03:00 there is a different type of entertainment as the clubs let out and drunk people line up for a 02:00 meal.
A bonus- with the (vegetarian) burger platters and pizzas, you’ll satisfy your craving for salty fast food while actually eating something healthy! In addition to the burgers and pizzas, I suggest ordering the Asian Noodle Bowl (my personal favourite), but to be honest, I have never eaten something at the Naam that I didn’t like- it’s all delicious.
