Coffee1 have two locations in Vilnius and it’s actually their spot on Pilies Street 42 that was the first to open. However, it’s tiny and only seats around 10 people. If you’re looking for a place inside, visit them in Užupis – they’re located right beside the Angel (check the Angel of Užupis atricle).
What made Coffee1 stand out for me initially was their good service. They’d talk about the coffee on sale in great detail and every so often, they’d offer you a taste of something on their menu for free.
But that was all some time ago. Now that they’ve claimed their spot among the gang of Vilnius’ third-wave coffee shops, they stick to brewing excellent coffee and keeping a small menu of snacks that go well with your cup of joe.
If you’re not a coffee aficionado, try one thing that’s not as common in Vilnius, but that’s served here: hot cocoa with marshmallows.
