This place is great for a late breakfast, when you can drink a cup of delicious cappuccino. This place is perfect for lunch, when you can order vegetable pie with a cup of hot broth. However I like this place the most for an afternoon cup of espresso and apple strudel with vanilla sauce, which is heavenly delicious here.
All cakes, pies and other treats are daily baked in front of your eyes so they are always fresh. I also like the interior of the bakery with its authentic brick walls and sideboards filled with antique china and silverware.
Despite the fact that this bakery is right on a very touristy street that is packed with overpriced souvenir shops, it is always full of locals. It is fun to sit by the window and watch the quiet street in the morning or the busy street in the afternoon. And as soon as the weather gets warm you might be lucky enough to find an empty table outside the bakery and indulge yourself with fresh goodies, coffee or a glass of wine.
