The address Rozbrat 44 has not had much luck. There were two other bistros / restaurants here that had to close down. Dyletanci will not share this experience.
Beautiful food in two sizes (for small and the bigger stomachs) and a grand variety of wines to suit all tastes and occasions will make your evening special. Specialised staff (one of the sommeliers is a geologist and is able to talk about the wines in a convincing and interesting manner) is able to recommend a dish. Never ever, even if you’re not hungry anymore, leave without a dessert. Their rhubarb + vanilla foam and also passionflower ice cream were just lovely. They round up a great evening meal beautifully.
Excellent wines, also Polish, sold directly from the producer, in a shop called Winoblisko, makes taking great wine home possible. This is a great place to buy a gift for a friend or family member and repeat the “wine story”.
Dyletanci host many culinary events such as wine tastings of Polish wines form i.e.
Winnica Wzgórz Trzebnickich, Dom Bliskowice, as well as of foreign ones such as these from Burgundy or Champagne.
