This is my favourite cinema in Warsaw: 1. they always have a great audience, and this is what I love, 2. they show interesting films, also quite non-mainstream films. Often they will show more than 1 film by one particular director, so if I am particularly interested in one director, I may partake in a small movie session. 3. some of the tickets (for example on Mondays) are quite cheap so you can watch your favourite films or films you haven’t seen yet without running the risk of being left with no money.
Luna is a cinema with history. A couple of years ago Luna had problems with renting the place and it was quite enthusiastically backed up by the citizens of Warsaw (who recently did not help another small cinema, Femina), which only shows how much this place is loved.
