If I had to suggest something to someone who had just arrived to Warsaw, I would suggest renting a bike and get lost in the city.
I remember a few years ago, when I got my new bike, I was so excited that I decided to ride around Warsaw, and of course I got lost. I don’t know why but it seems to be one of my favorite sports. Then I decided to take a break, since I was really far from my district — or at least I thought I was. And then it happened.
In Trasa Lazienkowska there is this nice spot, mostly crowded with university students and with this laid-back attitude that makes it really special. Of course the fact that for a few years already it has been one of the reliable spots in Warsaw makes it even more special.
The place combines an Ikea decoration with graffiti on the walls, and If you are looking for fancy places this isn’t the spot. If you are looking for fine music and a nice attitude, it is!
