Mandala – Taste of India

I haven’t been to India yet, but I’m really thinking of going there. I suppose the main reason would be the food.

Warsaw is full of Asian and Indian restaurants, but try to find a good one: it’s very very difficult.

Well, I’m happy to say that I found my favorite Indian restaurant. OK, to be honest, I found it almost 7 years ago. It hasn’t changed, and the food is only getting better and better.

Mandala is not only about food and its quality: it’s about the location, the garden, the decoration, the staff… It is a bunch of reasons that make me come back over and over.

The last time was just a couple of weeks ago: it was Friday and after an afternoon in Zacheta Gallery (check the spot) we decide to have something to eat. We went biking to Mandala and we had a wonderful dinner with lentil chips and cheese in spinach sauce (of course the dishes had Indian names but I do not recall them), while listening to an underground concert in the garden.

Mandala usually has music nights after the dinner service and during the afternoons as well.

Definitely a spot to visit!
