Park Zdrojowy is located in the south part of the Warsaw agglomeration, in the spa town Konstancin-Jeziorna. It is a unique place as it is the only spa town in the Mazovian Voivodeship. It is also known for its rehabilitation centres.

The reason why Konstancin-Jeziorna is a spa town are the pine forests that surround the city and the springs of healing waters. In Park Zdrojowy there is a graduation tower that uses those mineral waters. There is an entry fee although you can just sit nearby and breathe in the healthy air.

The whole park is very nice and trim. Jeziorka river divides the park into two parts making it even more picturesque. My favourite place there are the wooden catwalks that lead through swampland. It is a real oasis of peace. Nearby one of the entrance to the park there is Park Cafe – a stylish restaurant located in an old villa. In the whole city you can find many old stylish villas like that.

To get to the park you can take one of public buses from Warsaw. Just remember to buy the right ticket as it is in the second zone already. Although I recommend to rent a city bike by the Kabaty metro station (the last station in the south) and have a nice ride through the Kabacki Forest. In Konstancin there is the same company of city bikes so you can also leave the bike there and come back in the bus.
