Coffee Point is a little coffee shop located off Zakyan Street, right behind Central Hotel. It is pretty much surrounded by government businesses and offices. However, don’t let that deter you. This place serves great coffee, and, in my opinion, some of the best pastries in Yerevan. For instance, they have an inverse Napoleon shaped like a roulette that is out of this world. The Banana-Caramel-Chocolate pie (Banoffee) is also incredible. I obviously haven’t tried all the sugary treats, but from their looks I know they all must taste amazing. In addition to coffee, tea and pastries, Coffee Point also serves lunch. Lunch items include freshly baked pizza (really good stuff – starting at around 1600AMD), sandwiches, and salads.
Personally, I like Coffee Point because it is a quiet place located right in the middle of the city. Most importantly, the baristas are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this cafe if you want a quick coffee fix or if you just want to chill out.
