Welcome to the Spotted by Locals app, provided by Spotted B.V. (“Spotted by Locals,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Spotted by Locals app, you agree to the following terms of use (“Terms”):

- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
