Utepia is one of my favorite places for bubble tea in Almaty. It’s a small, quiet spot that somehow never gets too crowded, but consistently delivers delicious drinks. I’ve tried many varieties from their menu, and each one has been satisfying in its own way. My personal favorite is their plain oolong tea — simple, comforting, and perfect for any mood.
Interestingly, even in summer, I usually go for the hot or warm version of their tea. There’s something calming about sipping warm tea, even on a hot day. Of course, they also offer cold versions and a wide range of flavors, so there’s plenty to choose from.
They also sell some sweets, which makes it a nice little stop for a treat. I never stay inside — it’s more of a grab-and-go place for me. I like waiting for my drink, taking it outside, and enjoying it on a walk. If you’re looking for a low-key, quality bubble tea experience, Utepia is definitely worth a visit.
