Not one of the cheapest places to have a coffee but it is definitely worth it for the view. Sagrada Familia, Tibidabo, Plaza Colon… all the iconic spots of Barcelona can be seen from one place. You feel like a giant with the city at your feet, but at the same time you feel how small you are compared to the world.
The menu comprises alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, some tapas as well as some dishes such as pasta or pizza. The patatas bravas are recommended in terms of quality/price and they’re also quite a large portion which can be shared between two or even three people.
The best time to enjoy the view is definitely during daytime, or especially sunset. You see how the city melts among the yellow/orange colours, which then turn into purple/blue and suddenly the city is lit up.
A great way to reach this place is by walking up Plaza España towards Montjuic. You can enjoy a walk around Montjuic and then relax and have a cup of coffee or a beer at Restaurante Miramar while you spot all of Barcelona’s iconic buildings and places.
