If you’ve been to Badaro, you are sure to have passed by El Paseo, a trendy Spanish restaurant and pub on the main street. I first stumbled upon El Paseo in 2019 on a random day when I wanted a chill location to have a chat with a friend. As we walked down Badaro’s main street, the mural of a woman in red called to us, and so we responded. Little did we know that this place would turn from chill to party vibes by the end of the night.

During my more recent visits, the vibes have yet to change. El Paseo is a great place to have early drinks if you’re not looking for somewhere crowded on a weekday, or dinner with music and an enjoyable atmosphere on a weekend. On their menu, you can find a diverse array of nibbles, salads, main courses, and desserts. My personal favorites are the mango shrimp salad and the chicken provolone, both are scrumptious. They have signature drinks, mocktails, wine, and others to also quench your thirst!

If you’re around during the early hours of the night, don’t forget to pass by any of the pubs on that street for a nightcap, and if you’re looking for something lighter to eat, you’ll find Linas, Newburry, and Crewhut close by!
