I was very delighted to hear that an old friend from school had opened up her own bakery and coffee shop. Following her news on Instagram, I've wanted to go for quite a while, and recently got the chance to. Moon's is a recently opened bakery and coffee shop in Gemmayze. It's surrounded by tons of options for lunch, dinner, or drinks before or after visiting.
The space is a bit tight, but it's definitely cozy. The interior and some of the theme is inspired by Van Gogh. There are books on art and other subjects to go with the cozy seating. Cutely decorated cupcakes are lined up on the display, alongside other desserts including cookies and cakes, while the rest of the menu is reserved for their hot and cold drinks. Every month, Moon's offers a signature drink based on that month's zodiac sign!
For your afternoon coffee or late-night chit-chat, this dreamy place is a definite go-to as it overlooks the beauty of Gemmayze's historical buildings.
