Certo is one of my favourite addresses in Brussels, a tiny Italian restaurant on a corner just behind Place Saint Boniface. Once inside, you immediately feel the right atmosphere that belongs to an Italian restaurant. You immediately imagine you’re n Rome or Milan. There are only a few tables, so it is best to book in time (only via SMS).
Federico Mazzoni, the owner of this restaurant and a native of Rome, doesn’t beat around the bush, he loves good food and good drinks. So he is the perfect host to guide you through a great night out. The menu is not extensive and changes almost weekly except for a few classics (try their cacio & pepe).
Leave your choice of wine to the host -he has a cellar full of fantastic wines and will surprise your taste buds with a delicious bottle. Here it’s all about atmosphere and coming home to Italy.
