Szabó Ervin library has been my shelter many many times.

All you have to do is enter the doors on the 4^th floor and find a palace of different styles to sit down in one of the hundred-year-old chairs or sofas and enjoy the atmosphere while studying or relaxing for as long as you wish. You can of course also simply read a book/newspaper you have found or chill while charging you devices. Unfortunately, because of the beauty of the floor, it's often used in films and private events. You can only enter the other parts of the building during those times. In the inner rooms sometimes when I sit there and I look up from my books, it feels like being in Roxford or in some world of magic. I really enjoy incorporating some hours of Szabó Ervin library into my everyday life.

How to get in for the first time: as you enter the building, you need to go to the desks and ask for the simplest reader card or registration card, which costs 200 Forints for a whole year, so less than 50 cents. There you need to give them you ID card and residency card and they will quickly register you and give you the entry card. Then, I suggest you go to the 4th floor and turn right - you will know when you have arrived at the right place. Keep going, there are many rooms to discover.
