I stumbled across this place when I worked in the building it is located in. At first the large terrace, decor and the fact that it's a rooftop restaurant put me off as I expected an expensive menu. To my surprise the food and drinks here are no more expensive than anywhere else and on top of it the portions are very large. Open year round, the best time to enjoy this place is in the warmer months when you can admire the views of Krakow's Old Town stretching before you and on very clear days even the Tatra Mountains.
There are daily lunch specials here and the restaurant is busiest during those hours. They offer a wide variety of dishes from salads, to pizza, my personal favorite here is the tortilla with chicken and mushrooms. They use gluten-free products in some of the dishes and everything is freshly made and containing no conservatives.
For those who are a bit braver there are a number of green shakes here worth giving a try but beware: my friend nearly turned as green as the detoxifying barley shake she tried.
