Dandy Land is an "all in one" place. It's a burger place, a barber shop, a tattoo studio and a street-style shop, all operating under a single roof. The spot was crowdfunded by people who just wanted a common space for Minsk's artistic souls.
Mostly, I would recommend visiting it for the designer clothes shop. It's not big and it mostly sells just a couple of brands - not the whole spectrum of Belarusian designers. However, the clothes sold here are worth seeing, if you are into street style. You won't have to google for it if you want to get something from Belarus, and you won't have to deal with the shipping.
The burgers here are also good. They are big and tasty. Beware, though, that you may have trouble finding a place to sit on the weekend.
Also, if for some reason you want to get a haircut or a tattoo from Belarus, you could consider this place. All the staff know what they're doing, and it's nice to chat with them.
Basically, you can leave this place with a totally different personality. Just don't forget to get a burger.
