Chateau le Woof combines two of Astoria's greatest passions: their adorable dogs and great coffee!
Located on Vernon Avenue, right across from Socrates Sculpture Park, Chateau le Woof is both cafe and full-service pet shop. On the right, you'll find a cute-chic cafe decorated with Francophile flair. The coffee bar serves La Colombe drip coffee, as well as a wide selection of coffees and teas. If you're hungry, look no further than the tempting array of healthy snacks and sweet treats displayed in the food case. The cafe is dog-friendly and also offers some dog-safe treats so you can really have a day out with your canine friend!
A picture window in the wall reveals the left side of Chateau le Woof, which is dedicated to all things doggy! Here, you can book time for your pup to socialize at the doggy daycare, arrange for private training sessions, schedule a grooming appointment, and browse the selection of pet toys and treats.
As an aspiring dog-owner myself, I love the atmosphere of Chateau le Woof. Being around happy dogs puts everyone in a good mood, and I can't help but smile as I sip my coffee. The location couldn't be better, as its right on the waterfront bike path, and walking distance from some of Astoria's most vital cultural institutions.
