I love this place because of the positive atmosphere the owner and waiters give to it. This is a small Portuguese restaurant where you can have some specialties from that country as well as French food. A favorite with Portuguese drivers of limousines, you might see a lot of black high-quality cars parked in front, which is a guarantee of the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff.
I like it in particular on Fridays and Tuesdays, when they cook codfish Portuguese style. Strongly recommended for a break in-between visits to Champs Elysees or Trocadero, busy areas which are full of overpriced places to eat.
Tip for budget travelers: eat the daily special at the counter for a reduced price. Often 10-12€ with coffee. They are not excellent with English but always ready to make an effort with a smile.
New in summer 2020: an extended terrace has been added and every Thursday evening the manager turns into a DJ and plays some dance and techno music for the clients.
