Best spot sundowners
What looks to be just another neighborhood bar/restaurant actually has one of the best terraces in the city, which is the reason it's worth a spot here.
The food and drinks at Café Lombok are decent, not necessarily out of the ordinary, but the location of the big terrace on a corner of one of the widest and longest streets of the city, the Vleutenseweg, pointed directly to where the sun sets (the west), makes for the best place to grab what South Africans call a sundowner.
I find it the best place for afternoon drinks, which most often leads to dinner, more drinks, and whatever happens next. Many good memories were made here! :)
