This place is another gem in the category ‘great, old brown pubs of Utrecht’. It has an extra advantage: one of the best-oriented terraces in the city center. Because of its location, this is a great place to catch some sun rays, even as late as November (if the weather is sunny, of course...). Besides that, it features all the brown pub classics: a great selection of craft beers, a big wooden table where old men read newspapers, a very friendly and knowledgeable barkeeper, and a living room atmosphere. Overall, a great spot to watch the world go by.
