Retro cafe has two branches- one on Mashtots street and another near Cascade. Both are in the center of Yerevan. The one near Cascade is one of my favorite cafes in Yerevan. The spot is very cozy and relaxing. There's less food than usual, but the drinks are of good quality. They offer a good selection of coffees and desserts for very affordable prices. The banana cake and brownie with ice cream are especially good. I personally prefer the outside part of Retro cafe as I enjoy watching the lights of the city and people walking around, but the interior is also cozy and enjoyable. It's mostly decorated in retro style and the corresponding music is also present. Make sure to sit in the non-smokers room if you don't want to drown in smoke.
The evenings are peak hours for Retro cafe, especially during the hot season. Overall, it's a good place to relax and enjoy the city!
