You’re hungry as a bear or eager to score a meat overdose? Head for the best rib thing in town, Amadeo.
To tell you a little secret, I personally don’t like spare ribs at all, but when asked to accompany friends or family to this charming all-you-can-eat rib place I don’t have to hesitate a single second. It’s a pleasure already only to sit and absorb the unique atmosphere created by the walls made out of books and jazzy thirties music. I usually go for a steak or grilled shrimps and wait for my friends when order again and again and even more.
Also worth mentioning are the boiled potatoes delivered with a delicious sauce and the enjoyable house wine that gets billed per consumed finger. There is a big bottle on the table and they just measure how much you drank.

what is the name of the sauce on the boiled potatoes???? it is very good!!!!!
The meat is unremarkable. The sauce on the potatoes is overwhelming and not in a good way. I had some doubts about the cleanliness of the place. Then one of my friends told me he saw a rat as big as a cat in there.
The restaurant’s walls are decorated with old books. Therefore the air has a musty smell. The ribs are ordinary and I had better in other restaurants. The staff treated us like they did us a favor for letting us eat there. I asked to have two tables close together, because we were a large group, and they said that we can leave if we do not like the arragements of the tables. When I made this request, the restaurant was almost empty!
