I have been training with Karim for several years now, with the hiatus of Covid and the lockdowns, I never miss my PT session! Karim is a doctor in physiotherapy, specializing in rehab training for sports injuries. But you can also have good cardio or HIIT training with him. It's always fun, sessions are private, and the music selection is simply awesome!
The studio is located underground and the hanging mirrors make the space look larger than it is. I love the designs and written sayings on the wall and how neat Karim is. The premises are regularly sanitized, and this is essential for someone like me. And this is one of the reasons I do not go to gyms: they are usually crowded, the music is too loud, and I'm not sure how clean they are.
Plus, if you are concerned about parking your car, the building has a small parking allotment where 15 cars can be stationed. When in the Ain Mreisseh area, and if you want a workout, give Karim a ring ahead of time. If you are lucky, he will have an empty slot in his busy agenda and will train you. You will feel pumped and it will only cost you $30 for a session!

The menu is diversified with not only hearty salads but also tartines, sandwiches, soups, desserts, and sweet bowls. One of my favorites is the Acai bowl.
