Neighbourhood will catch your attention while walking on Gouraud Street in Gemmayze by the neon coordinates on its walls, which happen to be Beirut's!
This coffee shop is almost in the middle of one of the most vibrant streets in this capital. Once it opened and as a coffee geek, I had to do my duty. So here is what you'll be expecting from this new attraction.
Here you 're not only surrounded with up-cycled furniture and a pastel-colored ambiance, but you also have the chance to read some of the books displayed as well. Also, Neighbourhood's diverse menu is accessible from their Instagram Highlights section entitled "MENU" with all the prices of the items served, from food, beverages and dessert!
I enjoyed their cup of latte as they have their own blend that was mastered by one of the most competitive coffee roasting companies in Lebanon, Custom Roast. Not to mention that the founder of Neighbourhood further aims to support local homemade businesses by getting their served-delicious cookies from a Lebanese woman.
Pass by this lively coffee shop and support new local coffee shops!

My friend got the chicken sandwich which he said was delicious, while I enjoyed the Bruvs pasta, which was creamy, cheesy, and simply yummy!

The menu is diversified with not only hearty salads but also tartines, sandwiches, soups, desserts, and sweet bowls. One of my favorites is the Acai bowl.
