Another restaurant that was the only one to let you create your own salads. The concept was novel a few years ago and the first time I tried it out, I was invited by a friend. I immediately sensed the peaceful vibe of the green ambiance, being someone who cares a lot for the environment. The deco is hip and simple. And you can decide to either take your created salad with you or choose one from the menu to be eaten on the spot.
Sld bar also delivers within a few neighborhoods. You can text them your location on WhatsApp to find out if they can convey their delicious creations, or yours, to where you are staying. The menu is diversified with not only hearty salads but also tartines, sandwiches, wraps, soups, desserts, and sweet bowls. One of my favorites is the Acai bowl (7.5$). You can also add sides to your order. The Mexican platter is an interesting option. This spot is a must-stop on your next trip to Beirut, so make sure to mark it on your map!
