The High Llama coffee shop opened in Beirut in February 2019 and it is slowly becoming one of Beirut's favorite spots to chill, chat and work! Even though many may tell you that "a coffee shop is a coffee shop" and "how do you see the difference between them?", I believe each coffee shop to have its own theme and uniqueness.
For this spot, I went and asked them "what makes your coffee shop different?". Their reply was: "it's the type of coffee we have, which we get from Peru, Guatemala, Indonesia...".
Also, I personally love llamas and was extremely excited just by seeing llamas when I was roaming around Peru and Bolivia, so you can imagine how happy I was when I found out there was a llama-themed coffee shop opening in my city!
Besides, the cool part of this theme is that there's the belief that the llama is always high on "coffee", so why don't we all go and feel like one? Hehe!
