Riverside in Belgrade has become the most vibrant part of the nightlife and city life in general. Most of the tourists and residents go to one of the two sides of the river Sava in the evening. You can either pick a side where most of the nightclubs are (the New Belgrade side), or you can chill on the old town side where restaurants are. Some of those restaurants turn up the music as the evening goes, but not all. Next to it is a walking path, so many parents with kids are strolling through.

Anyway, there is a place to go if you want both of those - to chill or to dance the night away - and it's called Silosi. Silosi or grain towers are literally that - an old industrial place reimagined as a cultural and vibrant riverside spot.

From time to time, different kinds of festivals are organized around the grain towers where you can eat a great burger or buy something handmade. Another interesting thing is that these grain structures are decorated with murals and other artistic stuff, which is quite a sight in itself, and some cool photos can be taken here.

What I recommend most is to go when the sun is setting down, grab a drink or two, and then, well, dance. Be ready that there will be a lot of people, and the best way to come to Silosi is by taxi. If you come from the city center, it won't cost much.
