Aurelie Faber

“After living abroad for studies and work for several years, I came back to live in Luxembourg city in 2011 and discovered the city from a new angle. It’s small but diverse and open-minded.

I love the city because it is still a very green city with many parks in every district and trees in the city centre. It is small compared to other European capitals, but it is a very international city, with more than 70% of the people’s population being foreigners. This explains why we have such an important and diversified offer in restaurants, culture and art.

People from Luxembourg, even if they appear shy at first, are very welcoming. So don’t just wait – come and visit our amazing city!”

Wendy Winn

“I’m still in love with it after living here for 30 years – I still get a thrill looking down into the Grund from on high, I still find the bridges and the cathedral and the cobblestone streets charming. Luxembourg is a small city, so you can easily get your bearings, but it’s got plenty of nooks and crannies and hidden spots to discover.”

Raphael Koerich

“My name is Raphael Koerich and I live in amazing Luxembourg City. I love photography, discovering new places and sharing my experiences. Luxembourg is incredible. It is a city that mixes the life of the capital with a touch of the countryside. For me, it is the perfect place to live and have a great quality of life.”

Catarina Almeida

“I like Luxembourg City very much for its cuteness and diversity. Most people don’t know how cool this city is, since they think it’s only about banks and working; however, it is beautiful and it can keep you very busy after work and during the weekend :).”
