I don't care if you're downtown, in Allston, Cambridge, or Brookline - if you're in the Boston area and craving Indian cuisine, India Quality is the place to go. Seriously, any time I have friends or family visiting town, this place is my go-to to impress them.
Right by the Kenmore MBTA station, India Quality can be easy to pass by without even a second glance. Once you get a taste, though, you're sure to be coming back for more. Along with their meat and seafood options, they have an extensive vegetarian menu that is to die for. Every time I'm in need of something warm and tasty, I'm picking up (and eating waaaay too much of) India Quality's Saag Paneer or Tofu Masala. They also have great portion sizes (sided with plenty of basmati rice), so you're guaranteed to leave full.
One last note - India Quality's Naan. Guys, they have so many different Naan options. Whether you prefer sweet or savory, you're going to find something you love. I personally recommend their Paneer Naan (because, well, cheese), but go ahead and order whichever flavor you're feeling in the moment. You won't be sorry!
