Family Dreams Cafe Chisinau
Best arcade
If you have kids or are a big arcade games lover yourself, I definitely recommend this place. It is located on the 4th floor of the "Soyuz" commercial center in Chisinau, has a large spectrum of games and a nice cafe located on the same floor by the same owner. You can consider organizing a game night with your friends or family and have a snack here. I can recommend the Vienna waffles they make served with ice cream and fruit as a topping.
The cafe also has a children's menu for your toddlers and a moderate choice of alcohol, especially Moldovan wine. The atmosphere here is cozy, the music is not too loud and the furniture gives you the "feel yourself at home" impression. Family Dreams Cafe opened in 2017 is well known by the locals already. This is why it gets a bit crowded on weekend evenings. It is still pretty free on weekdays, so I recommend you visit it then.
