If you are in Florence and you want to try traditional food with a twist, this is the right place to go. It is a real concept, they’ve done a great job on the marketing but also on the quality of the food. It has a modern interior design and traditional produce, and every plate can be ordered like a full or half portion, a great way to taste everything on the menu, but be careful: even the half portions are pretty big!
I went there for lunch and had a hard time getting back on the computer awake. It was all really tasty and I binged a little, but it was worth it. Try the tartare that they prepare in front of you in these beautiful marble cups. The ribs are also really good and a half portion of the fried chicken can’t be missing from your table.
I would go for dinner, and then take a 3km walk around the center to burn it off! Make sure to call and reserve a table, it is always full.
