One of my favourite street art areas to check out is around Marktstraße. People are very creative here and a lot of new stuff pops up regularly. This is why I won’t tell you what to go and check out but I suggest you go and see for yourself. It is totally worth exploring.
Last time I was there I saw a ghetto blaster made of concrete that leaned against a wall on the ground, or the fly high above the heads, on the picture. You can check out many hidden small Passages (see my article about Karolinenpassage) and terrasses. Or simply enjoy the creative shops and cafés that come along with friendly and diverse residents and artists who enjoy spending time in Karoviertel. Of course you can find graffiti, too. But even more I enjoy the small things you’ll find once you are in “explorer mode”…
